Copyright / DMCA Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Growth Labs (“Growth Labs”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content in the Growth Labs client hub that you believe infringes your copyright, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe content stored in the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to support@trygrowthlabs.io including:

  • Your contact information (name, email, address).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the client portal area and a description).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our response

On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the user who provided it. Because the Service is a private portal (not a public host), most copyright questions are resolved directly with the client involved.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

4. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
