Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Growth Labs client hub (the “Service”) provided by Growth Labs. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service or uploading content to it, you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, store, or share content that:

  • Infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening.
  • Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • You do not have the rights or permission to share with us.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt to access, probe, scan, or breach the Service’s security or access controls, or access another client’s data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

3. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the files, brand assets, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”) and for ensuring you have the rights to share them with us for the purpose of delivering our services. You retain ownership of Your Content as described in our Terms.

4. Enforcement and takedown

We may review content reported to us and remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to address the issue, except where we believe immediate action is necessary or legally required.
